2. Mr. Amit Bhatt, learned Government Advocate assisted by Mr. S. S. Chauhan, learned D.A.G., Mr. Kuldeep Singh Rawal, learned A.G.A. and Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the CBI.
4. As per order of this Court, the Investigating Officer was summoned for clarification regarding the FSL report pertaining to the crux of the matter, i.e. the suicidal note on the basis of which the present case has been dealt with.
5. The Investigating Officer, Mr. Bhaskar Lal Sah is present before this Court alongwith report and makes a statement that earlier the suicidal note was sent for forensic examination regarding the handwriting of the deceased which could not be ascertained due to some anomalies for which the Investigating Officer makes a further statement that he approached the son of the deceased but he could not cooperate.
6. Learned State counsel, however, makes a statement that final report has been furnished in the present matter.
