2. This writ petition was allowed vide judgment and order dated 17.09.2024, whereby the learned VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dehradun, was directed to decide the Civil Revision No.23 of 2023, Vandana Sundara Vs. Anil Kumar and others, as early as possible preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of that order.

3. Today the matter is listed on an application dated 28.10.2025 moved by the learned Revisional Court i.e., IVth Additional District Judge, Dehradun, whereby the Revisional Court wants two months more time for disposal of the aforesaid civil revision.

4. Though the reason has not been given in the application, but still in the interest of justice time is extended for two months from today for final disposal of the Civil Revision No.23 of 2023, Vandana Sundara Vs. Anil Kumar and others, by way of last chance.

5. Accordingly time extension application stands disposed of.

6. Office is directed to forward this order expeditiously to the court concerned.
