  JUDGMENT :

Learned DAG would submit that the case of

the petitioner has been forwarded to the Committee for

consideration and recommendation, as constituted under

the Uttarakhand Jail Manual.

2. In that view, the petition, in our considered

view, is premature. Writ petition is disposed of with

liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after

decision of the committee. The Committee to expedite

the consideration and disposal of the petitioner's case

for remission and premature release within an outer

limit of four months.
