Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned DAG for the State would submit that it

has come out from the instructions that both the parties

are disciple of one late Pilot Baba and, on account of

their inter-se dispute, certain issues arose between

them and there is no threat of any harm coming to the

life and limb of the parties.

3. In that view, application IA No.1 of 2025 for

withdrawal is placed on record.

4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
