Withdrawal Application (IA No. 2 of 2025) is preferred praying leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the fact that no interim relief was granted by this Court, the petitioners do not desire to further prosecute the writ petition. Accordingly, they pray to withdraw the instant writ petition.
3. The submission is placed on record.
4. IA No. 2 of 2025 is allowed.
5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
