Heard Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.S. Bisht, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents.

2. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, Advocate submitted that the present matter is covered by the judgment dated 20.03.2025, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No(S). 1080 of 2017, "State of Uttar Pradesh and Another vs. Dinesh Kumar Sharma and Others".

3. Mr. T.S. Bisht, Deputy Advocate General for the State submitted that he does not know whether the present matter is covered by the said judgment dated 20.03.2025 or not.

4. After the said submission of the learned counsel for the State, this Court is bound to direct the Cane and Sugar Commissioner, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand to appear in- person through video conferencing on 24.06.2025 at 10:15 a.m.
