2. This is an appeal against conviction. By the impugned judgment dated 25.02.2025, passed by Special Judge (POCSO), Pauri Gadhwal in Special Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2022, appellant was convicted for offence punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 10,000/-.
