COMMON JUDGMENT :

(per Mr. G. Narendar, C.J.)

Both the counsels submit that they have agreed

upon arbitration by Mr. Justice B.S. Verma, Retd. Judge of

this High Court.

2. In that view of the matter, the applications are

allowed. Mr. Justice B.S. Verma, Retd. Judge of this High

Court, is appointed to officiate as an Arbitrator in both the

applications to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen

between the parties on merits, in accordance with the Act.

3. Let a copy of this order be communicated to Mr.

Justice B.S. Verma, Retd. Judge of this High Court.

4. The Arbitrator shall, in terms of Section 11(8) of

the Act, furnish his disclosure in writing to the Court within

15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

order. The Arbitrator shall, in consultation with the parties,

fix the remuneration and other chargeable fees. The

Arbitrator shall endeavour to hear and pass an Award within

the time provided under the statute.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. In sequel thereto, all pending Applications stand

disposed of.
