The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by Applicant Raj Bala Verma against Respondent no.2, Amit Verma, who happens to be the son of the Applicant, her daughter-in-law Respondent no.3, Rakhi Verma W/o Amit Verma, her granddaughter Respondent no.4, Shreya Verma D/o Amit Verma and Respondent no.5, Anil Kumar, whose parentage is unknown, whereas his address has been provided, seeking quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 175 of 2024, titled as "Rajbala Verma vs. State of Uttarakhand & Others" as well as the impugned order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Misc. Application No.286 of 2024, titled as "Rajbala Verma vs. Amit Verma and Others", Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, whereby both the learned trial courts dismissed the application of the applicant under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on behalf of the Applicant, an interference is being called for in the matter.

5. Admit.

6. Issue notices to the respondent nos.2 to 5, returnable within two weeks. Steps to be taken within one week.

7. Counter affidavit to be filed by the respondents within a period of three weeks.

8. List this matter on 22.07.2025.

9. Applicant is hereby directed to clear the details of respondent no.5 and notify the same.
