JUDGMENT:
(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the writ
petition with liberty to prefer an administrative appeal, as provided
under Chapter III, Rule 4(A) of the High Court Rules.
2. Learned Standing Counsel for the High Court submits that the
alternate remedy of appeal has not been exhausted and in that view, the
writ petition is also pre-mature.
3. The submission is placed on record.
4. The writ petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty to
exercise the alternate remedy of appeal, as noted supra.
