1. Mr. Rishab Ranghar, learned counsel for the revisionists.

2. Mr. M.S. Tyagi, learned Senior counsel, assisted by Mr. Prabhakar Narayan, learned counsel for the Caveator.

3. Learned counsel for the revisionists submits that the revisionists relied upon a judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the Case of "Thomson Press (India) Ltd versus Nanak Builders and Investors Private Limited and Others", before the Court below, but neither the judgment was discussed nor dealt with.

4. Mr. M.S. Tyayi, learned Senior counsel, who appears for the Caveator, submits that he wants to go through with the judgment.

On his request, put up this matter on 24.06.2025, as fresh.
