Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat and Mr. Mahendra Singh Rawat, Advocates for the revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 01.05.2025, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.494 of 2023, Smt. Sonam Kathait Vs. Lieutnant Colonel Gaurav, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby the petition filed by the wife and minor has been granted and revisionist- husband was directed to pay a sum of ₹10,000/- per month to respondent no.1-wife and ₹25,000/- per month to respondent no.2 - Master Keshav for their maintenance, from the date of order.

3. It is further directed that the order of maintenance shall be paid by the revisionist-husband by 10th of each month.

4. Issue notice to respondents, returnable within four weeks.

5. Steps to be taken within a week.

6. Summon the Lower Court Record.

7. List this case on 05.08.2025.

8. In the meantime, execution of judgment and order dated 01.05.2025 shall remain stayed provided the revisionist shall keep on paying the amount as directed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.494 of 2023, Smt. Sonam Kathait Vs. Lieutnant Colonel Gaurav, by 10th of each month.

9. Stay Application (IA No.1 of 2025) stands disposed-off accordingly.
