JUDGMENT :
(per Sri G. Narendar, C.J.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that several errors have inadvertently crept into the drafting, and hence he prays leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
2. Counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition and grant of liberty.
3. The submission is placed on record. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action within two weeks, after carrying out the necessary corrections, and furnishing better particulars.
4. Writ Petition stands ordered accordingly.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
