Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. This revision is filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 27.05.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Uttarkashi in Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2023 as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 22.05.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Barkot/Purola, District Uttarkashi in Complaint Case No. 1 of 2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, whereby the learned trial court had convicted and sentenced the revisionist.

3. Issue notice to respondent through ordinary process and registered post acknowledgment due as well as through e-mail and whatsapp, if available.

4. Steps to be taken within three weeks.

5. List this case after service notice upon the respondent.

6. Till the next date of listing, the revisionist is exempted from surrendering pursuant to aforesaid case.
