Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Present appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 29.03.2025 passed by Presiding Officer/Employees Compensation Commissioner, Labour Court Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in E.C.A. Case No. 09 of 2020, whereby learned Commissioner has awarded compensation of `7,67,160/- along with simple interest @12% per annum in favour of the respondents/claimants.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the impugned award is unsustainable in the eyes of law as the same has been passed by the concerned Commissioner without considering the facts and evidence available on record.

4. Issue notice to respondents through ordinary process and registered post acknowledgment due as well as through e-mail and whatsapp, if available.

5. Steps to be taken within three weeks.

6. List this case on 25.07.2025.

7. Till the next date of listing, the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 29.03.2025 passed by Presiding Officer/Employees Compensation Commissioner, Labour Court Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in E.C.A. Case No. 09 of 2020 shall remain stayed.
