Learned State Counsel seeks time to file counter affidavits in some of the cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in WPSS Nos.134 of 2023, dated 30.10.2023. Let learned State Counsel file counter affidavits within a week.
