Ms. Sudha Tamta, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Vinay Kumar, Advocate for the petitioners submits that the judgment rendered by learned Tribunal in Claim Petition No. 33/DB of 2019 has been challenged in another writ petition, which is numbered as WPSB No. 54 of 2021. She, therefore requests that this petition be listed along with said writ petition.

3. In view of prayer made by Ms. Sudha Tamta, learned counsel, list this petition with Writ Petition (S/B) No. 54 of 2021 on 30.07.2025.
