4. Petitioners have challenged the judgment dated 13.11.2018 rendered by Uttarakhand Public Service Tribunal in Claim Petition No.11/NB/DB/2016. They have also challenged the consequential order dated 20.10.2020, whereby compliance of Tribunal's order was made by Cane Commissioner, Uttarakhand.

5. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent no.5 has drawn attention of this Court to judgment dated 21.07.2025 rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (S/B) No.350 of 2020. They submit that since the judgment dated 13.11.2018 rendered by learned Tribunal, which is 2025:UHC:6406-DB

impugned in this writ petition also, has been confirmed by this Court in the said writ petition, therefore, this writ petition deserves to be decided in terms of judgment dated 21.07.2025 rendered in Writ Petition (S/B) No.350 of 2020.

6. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the above submission.

7. In view of the above, this writ petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 21.07.2025 rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (S/B) No.350 of 2020.
