3. This criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 27.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar in Complaint Case No.432 of 2023, Smt. Shobha Singh vs. Surya Group Project Management and Construction Services and the impugned judgment and order dated 13.06.2025 passed by learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Appeal No.120 of 2024, Surya Group Project Management and Construction Services & another vs. State of Uttarakhand & another, and further be pleased to reject the complaint filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the N.I. Act against the revisionist and acquit the revisionist for the charge of Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
