3. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State / respondents submits that whether the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment dated 30.08.2018 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018, the Committee has been constituted.

4. Two affidavits have been filed by the respondents giving reasons for constituting the Committee.

5. Let the Committee may examine the case of the petitioner and submit its report before this Court on the next date so that this Court may examine the report.
