Heard Mr. Prabhat Pande, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Admit the appeal.

3. Issue notices to the respondents, returnable within six weeks.

6. Also heard on the Stay Application (IA No.1 of 2024).

7. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant would submit that pursuant to the impugned Award recovery citation has been issued against the appellant.

8. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 31.05.2024 passed by M.A.C.T./ 5th Addl. District Judge, Dehradun in M.A.C. Case No. 103 of 2022 shall remain stayed, provided the applicant/appellant deposits the entire awarded amount, excluding the statutory deposit, with the Tribunal concerned within a period of four weeks from today (Stay application is disposed of).
