1. Mr. S.K. Mandal and Mr. Sohan Singh Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Sachin Kumar Mehta, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. The petitioner is praying for the following relief(s):

i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to grant the promoted Pay Scale (Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-) to the petitioner from

04.12.2020, arrear with interest, details were given in paragraph no.7 to the writ petition.

ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner after calculating the promoted pay scale grade pay Rs.5400/- from 04.12.2020 along with the leave encashment, gratuity and group insurance etc. and pay the retirement dues as possible as earlier.

iii) Issue a suitable writ order or direction in the nature, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue, as raised in the present petition, has been dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 2267 of 2024, decided on 05.12.2024 and also submits that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said judgement.

5. Mr. Sachin Kumar Mehta, learned Brief Holder for the State, fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is covered by the said judgment. 2025:UHC:780

6. In view of the statement as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed on 05.12.2024 in WPSS No.2267 of 2024.
