3. This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 12.12.2024, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Pithoragarh in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2021, Narendra Singh and another Vs. Divisional Forest Officer, Pithoragarh Forest Range, Pithoragarh and another, whereby the learned Sessions Judge dismissed the appeal and confirmed the order dated 10.09.2021, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pithoragarh, District Pithoragarh, Criminal Case No.1320 of 2018, State of Uttarakhand Vs. Narendra Singh and another, convicting the revisionist under Section 51 r/w 9 and 39 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 to undergo 3 years r.i. with a fine of ₹10,000/-.
