                            Hon'ble Ashish Naithani, J.

Mr. Naveen Singh Bisht, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present matter is listed for disposal of the delay condonation application moved on behalf of the Revisionist. The delay is of 196 days in filing the present revision

3. This Court finds ground for condonation of the delay is sufficient. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed, and the delay in filing criminal revision is hereby condoned.

4. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 10.03.2025, passed by the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No.343 of 2024, "Smt. Nazrin and others Vs. Salim", whereby directing the Revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.9,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents.

5. Admit.

6. Issue notice to the Respondent No.1. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

8. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 10.03.2025, passed by the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No.343 of 2024, "Smt. Nazrin and others Vs. Salim", shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the Revisionist shall pay Rs.4,500/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents instead of Rs.9,000/-.

9. List this matter on 16.03.2026.

10. Stay application (IA No.1/2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
