Mr. Mohd. Matlub, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 02.12.2025, passed by the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh, District Dehradun, in Misc. Case No.99 of 2025, "Anjali Vs. Umang Verma", whereby directing the Revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents.

3. Admit.

4. Issue notice to the Respondent No.1. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

6. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 02.12.2025, passed by the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh, District Dehradun, in Misc. Case No.99 of 2025, "Anjali Vs. Umang Verma", shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the Revisionist shall pay Rs.2,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents instead of Rs.3,000/-.

7. List this matter on 12.03.2026.

8. Stay application (IA No.1/2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
