2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Petitioner is aggrieved by a communication dated 16.01.2025 issued by Director, Primary Education. He has also challenged show cause notice to him on 04.11.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issue was dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 2076 of 2025.

5. Learned State Counsel concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgment relied upon by petitioner's counsel.

6. In view of consensus between the parties, the writ petition is decided in terms of order dated 01.12.2025 passed in WPSS No. 2076 of 2025 & other connected matters.
