Mr. Jai Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present Criminal Revision has been filed seeking to set aside the judgment and order dated 16.10.2025, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital, in Criminal Case No. 212 of 2025, "Smt. Mahima Mahra vs. Shri Joginder Singh Mahra", whereby the Revisionist was directed to pay Rs. 7,000/- per month to the Respondent as interim maintenance.

The Revisionist has also filed a Stay Application (IA No. 01 of 2025) with a prayer that the effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 16.10.2025, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital, in Criminal Case No. 212 of 2025, "Smt. Mahima Mahra vs. Shri Joginder Singh Mahra", be stayed during the pendency of the present Revision.

4. Admit.

5. Issue notice to Respondent. Steps to be taken within a week.

6. Objections/counter affidavit, if any, be filed by the Respondent.

7. As an interim measure, it is directed that, till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 16.10.2025, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital, in Criminal Case No. 212 of 2025, "Smt. Mahima Mahra vs. Shri Joginder Singh Mahra", shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the Revisionist shall pay a sum of ₹5,000/- per month to the Respondent towards maintenance. It is further directed that 30% of the arrears, if any, shall also be paid to the Respondent. In default of compliance, the interim relief so granted shall stand automatically vacated.

8. The Stay Application stands disposed of accordingly.

9. List this case on 10.03.2026.
