2. This is a criminal jail appeal filed by the appellant, from jail through Jailor, District Jail Haldwani, Nainital, against the judgment and order dated 18.10.2025, passed by learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, in S.T. No.55 of 2023, State Vs. Firoz Malik, whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:-
