Mr. Shubham Pandey, Advocate for the appellant. Mr. Anil Anthwal, Advocate holding brief of Mr. C.S. Rawat, Advocate for the respondent. This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.04.2025, passed in Case No.110 of 2022, Shri Ashish Chandra Pandey Vs. Smt. Ranjana Pandey, by the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital, by which, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking divorce has been allowed.

Heard on Stay Application (IA) No.2 of 2025. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal was filed with delay, therefore, an order on the stay application for keeping in abeyance the impugned order may be passed.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent is not going to marry. Having considered, as an interim measure, till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain in abeyance. List for final hearing on 24.02.2026.
