Mr. Sachin Panwar, learned counsel for the revisionists.

2. The present criminal revision under Section 438 & 442 of BNSS, 2023 is moved on behalf of the revisionists, Smt. Kavita W/o Shri Ravi Kumar and Master Pravansh (minor) S/o Shri Ravi Kumar against the Respondent, Ravi Kumar S/o Late Rajendra Kumar; the present criminal revision comes with the prayer to modify the judgment and order dated 08.04.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh, District Dehradun in Misc. Case No.72 of 2022, titled as "Smt. Kavita & another vs. Ravi Kumar"

filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. to the extent by granting the maintenance amount to the tune of Rs. 20,000/- per month as claimed by the revisionists.

3. There is delay of 45 days in filing the present criminal revision.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not oppose the prayer for condoning the delay.

5. Accordingly, Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 01 of 2025) stands allowed and the delay of 45 days is hereby condoned.

6. Heard.

7. Admit.

8. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable within two weeks. Steps to be taken within one week.

9. Objections, if any, to be filed by the Respondent within a period of three weeks.
