3. Learned counsel for the applicant has supplied the copy of judgment dated 18.07.2025 passed by the Gangsters Court in Crime No.154 of 2019. The same is taken on record.

4. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the trial arising out of which this C528 application has been filed i.e. Special S.T. No.10 of 2025, applicant has been acquitted.

5. In such view of matter, present C528 application has rendered infructuous. The same is dismissed as such.
