3. The present Criminal Revision under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Revisionists-Ms. Meenakshi, D/o Late Sh. Ashwani Kamboj, and Ms. Saksham Bhatt, D/o Mr. Prateek Bhasin against the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 2- Mr. Prateek Bhasin, with a prayer to modify the judgment and order dated 20.07.2024, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Case No. 452 of 2019, titled "Meenakshi and Another vs. Prateek Bhasin", under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure; to allow the claim of maintenance as originally prayed in the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C.; and to enhance the maintenance amount awarded to Revisionist No. 2.
4. A submission has been made on behalf of both parties that the parties have entered into a compromise and that mediation proceedings are currently underway. Accordingly, a request for time has been made.
5. In view of the above, list this matter on 02.09.2025 for further proceedings.
