This criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 05.04.2023, passed by Judicial Magistrate, Tharali, District Chamoli in Criminal Case No.81 of 2018, State vs. Suresh Lal, under Sections 9, 11, 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, whereby the trial court had convicted the revisionist and sentenced him to undergo three years' S.I. under Section 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 with fine of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation of one month S.I. as well as the judgment and order 25.06.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Karnprayag, District Chamoli in Criminal Appeal No.09 of 2023, Suresh Lal vs. State, under Sections 9, 11, 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, whereby the learned appellate court had dismissed the appeal and affirmed the order passed by learned trial court.
