This appeal is filed under Section 415 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the judgment and order dated 16.06.2025 rendered by learned Special Sessions Judge (NDPS Act)/District & Sessions Judge, Champawat in Special Sessions Trial No. 27 of 2023, whereby appellant has been convicted under Sections 8/21(c) of NDPS Act and directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for twelve years and fine of ₹1,25,000/- and, in default of payment of fine, he was sentenced to undergo further two years simple imprisonment.

4. As per Office report, the appeal is filed within time.

5. Admit the appeal.

6. Summon the trial court record.

7. List this case on 10.11.2025.

8. In the meantime, State Counsel shall file objection to the bail application.
