This matter was heard along with WPSS Nos. 1291 and 1295 of 2022. During the course of hearing, arguments were not advanced, in fact, the principle of law was advanced.

It appears to this Court that the facts of the instant case are slightly different. Therefore, the judgment has not been passed in this case and the matter is listed for hearing today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will file supplementary affidavit in this mater within a week.
