Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the execution of the impugned judgment dated 04.05.2024 passed by learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Case No.343 of 2023 (Trapti Varshney v. Sarthak Garg) shall remain stayed provided the revisionist continues to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month to the respondent-wife as interim maintenance by the 10th of each month. In addition to this, he shall also pay 50% of arrears of maintenance within three months.
5. Stay application (IA/1/2024) stands disposed of.
