                                 JUDGMENT

Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) The petitioner has sought directions that the

respondent-authority may be directed to conduct the 5th Semester

of academic examination year 2022-25, three years law course

examination on time. There are other related reliefs also.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

would submit that now the respondents have already announced

the examinations and today is the first paper. He would submit

that, now nothing survives in so far as the prayer no.1 is

concerned. But, he would submit that the respondent-authority

may be directed that they may conduct the examination on time for

the next Semester also.

4. In so far as the 5th Semester Examination is concerned,

it is stated that the examinations have already begun. In so far as

what will happen in future, at present, no directions may be issued.

5. With the above observations, the petition stands

disposed of.
