And another v. S. Gunahari and another (Writ Petition Nos.277 and 278 of 2003) in the present matter.

6. Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No.328 of 2022 (Labour Enforcement Officer v. M/s AIASL) pending before the Court of C.J.M. Dehradun shall remain stayed.
