JUDGMENT:

The appellant has come up in appeal against

the order dated 27.06.2024, passed by the learned

Single Judge, in Writ Petition (M/S) No.3243 of 2023.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that the

counter-affidavit is ready and the same will be filed

within two weeks.

3. Keeping in view the above fact, the present

special appeal is being disposed of and the date fixed in

the writ petition, i.e. 27.11.2024, is being preponed.

4. List the writ petition on 16.10.2024.
