The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Ms. Ritu Bahri)

Learned counsel for the respondents has

informed that the tender, which was challenged in this

writ petition, has been set-aside by a Division Bench of

this Court vide judgment dated 26.10.2023, passed in

Writ Petition (M/B) No.200 of 2023 and other connected

writ petitions, which has been placed on record by the

petitioner along with the supplementary-affidavit (at

Page No.152).

2. The respondents have also filed a short

counter-affidavit dated 05.07.2024, wherein they have

annexed a copy of the Office Order dated 12.01.2024, 2024:UHC:7236-DB whereby pursuant to the next tender, the work has

been allotted to the present petitioner.

3. Since the work has already been allotted to

the petitioner as per Office Order dated 12.01.2024,

Annexure- SCA-1, and the previous tender was set-

aside by this Court, no further directions are required

to be issued in the present writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is

disposed of.

5. Pending application, if any, also stands

disposed of.
