4. In the interest of justice, withdrawal application (IA No. 1 of 2022) is allowed.

5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

5. Registry is directed to return THE certified copy of the impugned judgment by placing the photo copy of the same on record.
