Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :-

"I. Issue a writ, order in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos.4 and 5 to grant permission to initiate recruitment process for one Post of Assistant Teacher (Maths/Science) (General Category) as again requested by petitioner (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) and thereafter shall be directed to conclude the recruitment process as per the provisions of Education Act, 2006 and Regulations framed therein.

II. to issue any other writ order, or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; and III. to award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners."

3. Both the parties have admitted that the present matter is covered by the judgment dated 19.12.2023, passed in WPMS No.3405 of 2023 and other connected petitions and judgment dated 11.01.2024, passed in WPMS No.148 of 2024.

4. With the consent of both the parties, the present Writ Petition (M/S) No.3213 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 19.12.2023, passed in WPMS No.3405 of 2023 and other connected petitions and judgment dated 11.01.2024, passed in WPMS No.148 of 2024.
