Hon'ble Alok Kumar Verma,J.

A Petition (Original Suit No.34 of 2015) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was filed by the husband. The said Original Suit was allowed on 30.06.2016. Against the said judgment and decree, a Civil Appeal No.14 of 2016 was filed. The said Appeal has been allowed vide judgment and decree dated 30.11.2016, passed by learned District Judge, Champawat and the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2016, passed by learned Trial Court, has been set aside.

2. Both, Het Singh Bisht, the appellant and Smt. Neetu Bisht, the respondent, are present in-person with their minor son.

3. Appellant-Het Singh Bisht is identified by Mr. Prabhakar Joshi, Advocate and the respondent-Smt. Neetu Bisht is identified by Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate.

4. Both, the appellant and the respondent submitted that there were matrimonial disputes between them and they

have resolved their disputes, and after resolving their disputes, they are residing together as husband and wife along with their son. They further submitted that they have filed a Compromise Application (IA No.15806 of 2024) along with affidavits with their free will and without any pressure.

5. They have requested to decide the present Second Appeal on the basis of compromise.

6. The Compromise is verified.

7. The present Second Appeal (SA No.204 of 2016) is decided on the basis of the said compromise.

8. The Compromise Application (IA No.15806 of 2024) will form part of the decree.

9. Registry to draw the decree accordingly.
