Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court
made the following

JUDGMENT :

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the

appellant wants to withdraw this Special Appeal as an

Application has already been filed before the Regional

Provident Fund Commissioner for surrender of the EPF

trust.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents says that

they have received the Application and if the appellant

withdraws this Special Appeal, they will decide the

Application.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid statements, the

instant Special Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed.
