JUDGMENT :
(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)
Counsel for the appellant says that he has
already complied with the order dated 03.05.2024 by
depositing 10% of the disputed tax amount.
2. Since the order dated 03.05.2024 has now
been complied with, the present Special Appeal is being
disposed of that on merits, the learned Single Judge will
pass appropriate orders in the Writ Petition in accordance
with law, after hearing both the parties.
3. The present Special Appeal is, accordingly,
disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
