3. This intra-court appeal is directed against an interim order dated 04.01.2024.

4. Since the order impugned in this appeal does not qualify to be a judgment as per Chapter VIII of Rule V of High Court Rules, therefore, the appeal is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
