Counsel for the appellants says that, during
the pendency of this Appeal, the appellants have been
appointed as ad hoc teachers in the department, under
Section 41 of the Uttarakhand School Education Act,
2006. He, therefore, submits that this Special Appeal
has rendered infructuous.
2. The Special Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed
as infructuous.
3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
