Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court
made the following

JUDGMENT :

(per: Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)

As per the instruction received by counsel for

the State from SSP, Nainital, on account of the General

Election-2024, the police force could not be given to

the appellant and he further says that from today any

time when the force is wanted, they will give it.

2. Counsel for the appellant submits that the

within one week, the police force be given to the

appellant to comply with the order dated 24th August,

2021.

3. This Special Appeal stands disposed of.

4. A copy of the letter dated 24.04.2024 has

already been given to the counsel for the appellant.
