Learned counsel for the State has
placed on record the order dated 30.06.2023,
whereby after demarcation, it was found that
the petitioners were in possession of land,
which was in excess i.e. 367 square meter,
and they had been allotted a land measuring
193 square meter. With respect to this excess
land, a notice was given to the petitioners on
24.06.2023, to vacate the excess land.
2. Keeping in view the demarcation
report, since this demarcation report was in
the knowledge of the petitioners, the writ
petition is being disposed of giving liberty to

the petitioners to take any appropriate steps,
in accordance with law, if so advised.
