3. This is an appeal under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C. against the conviction dated 11.08.2023, which was recorded by First Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar in Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2016.

4. By the impugned judgment, appellant was convicted for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B IPC and was sentenced mainly to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with fine of Rs. 50,000/-, with default stipulation of six months' additional imprisonment.

5. As per office report, appeal is within time.
